In fact, 96.6 percent of the residential real estate here was built in this one time period.

There are also a number of people of Puerto Rican ancestry at 5.4 percent and residents who report Mexican roots at 3.5 percent, Some of the residents are also of German ancestry at1.6 percent, along with some Italian ancestry residents at 1.3 percent, among others. Other important languages here include Japanese, spoken by 2.8 percent of households, Tagalog, the first language of the Philippine region and Spanish.
